Sooooo. Update: I installed the new files. When SC launched it showed up as Version 1.0.0.0 It seemed to login and run just fine. However when the user logged out and tried to log back in it wouldn't launch. Looked in at SSA and it showed that the Receptionist license was still in use...

Now I got ya. I was confused about the .old. Thought you meant name the new files .old. Im thinking in my head, but... how would SC know to use them....?

When you say application? You mean the BAT file or the SC itself?
In regards to the BAT file, yes it has been run as admin.
The weird part of the whole thing is that it will run fine for most of the day and then it will just randomly lock up and has to be restarted.
Im having this same issue. I have run the AvayaFW.bat file. Even checked that port 50796 is in the .BAT file and while it was running looked to see that it was opened and said OK.
Any other bright ideas out there?
