@portalriki, I don't have access to the site as of now. But this is how I resolved the exact issue. Try with Super Admin which is CORE_USER ID is ZERO.
Log in M organization. Go to your Organization from Admin -> Portal. Edit and at the end of the screen, enter Simphony DB login details. Save and restart the server. It should solve the issue.

Did you do any experiments with ORACLE Linux workstations ? I don't have one. But I'm curious whether DLLs compiled with .Net Standard would work there ? Not the .Net Framework.

You can skip "Purge Historical Totals" autosequence step from "End of Day" routine and it will stop data purging after 14 days. But it's not recommended. As CathalMF mentioned, it will grow the database extensively and delay in taking the system Front of House.

CathalMF is correct. Specially most of the POS system uses technique called direct printing which does not use Windows printer drivers. When printer is initializing with any POS system it take a printer in to a state called "Mount". Once mounted, printer is booked for that particular POS...
