@portalriki, I don't have access to the site as of now. But this is how I resolved the exact issue. Try with Super Admin which is CORE_USER ID is ZERO.

@portalriki, Could you please check the version of the R&A. Bcoz, 8.xx versions does not have this param.

Log in M organization. Go to your Organization from Admin -> Portal. Edit and at the end of the screen, enter Simphony DB login details. Save and restart the server. It should solve the issue.
