Hello, newbie here and end user.
I am running IP Office version: 9
I have two VPN tunnels back to the main office, each VPN can intercom the office but when VPN1 intercoms VPN2, it rings but there is no voice. Is there a setting I need to setup in IP Office?
Thank you in advance!
Hi everyone,
I am an end user and weekend warrior. I currently have an IP Office 500 version 9 without SIP option. In order to upgrade to SIP I was thinking of using a Sangoma Vega 60G with 8 analog ports. I will only use 5 lines. Is this item easy to implement and use? I don't think I will use...
Tim,
Here is what is in the 46xx file
## Call Server IP Address (The IP500 - it’s already done but this is “belt AND suspenders")
SET MCIPADD 192.168.1.130
## Disable User programming - 1=Yes
SET PROCSTAT 0
## Set User Programming Passwd to CRAFT (27238 on phone keypad)
SET PROCPSWD "27238"...
Travis,

Hi Tim,
According to the email from the vendor (he is no longer in business) there is 242 option but I cannot locate where this option file or setting is located. The DHCP is being set by sonicwall and not IP office. AM I supposed to look in the sonicwall?
Any idea where this 242 option file...
Hi Travis,
I was editing the SD card using IP Office, I didn't realize I had to remove the SD card and edit it directly. I might delete the file per your suggestion. I give this a try in a few days and report back, thank you.

I am trying to change the IP 500 IP Address but it seems like there is VLAN file running that keeps pointing to old IP Address. Would any one know what is the name of this vlan file and where it is located? I thought it would be 96xxupgrade.txt but I can't seem to find it. Thank you.
