We have a Customer running 8.0.1.9 and they are using Multi Device Ring Groups. When they want to change the Status of their phones they are going to edit the status and ticking/unticking the phone and expecting this to make the device present/absent in the MDRG on the Mitel. This doesn't appear...
We are using Gamma SIP via MBG and Mitel log is full of the warning SSPGetMinSEHeaderinSIPMSGFailed.
Calls in and out are ok but because of the volume of these messages logs only show 2 days of messages.
Does anyone know if there is a setting that is causing this warning?
