    How to protect headings and footers from being edited.

    I created a letterhead to use it as a template. I need to protect the heading and footing that I created, so no one can change it when using it for a memo, letter, etc. Can you tell me how to do this? I am using Word 2003. Anyone please??? Thank you,

    I cannot change Text Size on internet explorer

    Every time I logon to my computer and access Internet Explorer I have to reset the Text Size settings from Largest to Medium. If I logoff I loose these settings.

    Unable to open a document named in Word 2003

    When double clicked to open a word document (letter.doc), it open the Word application whith no contents. It just shows the colored backround with Microsoft Word and no document name on the title bar. Please help!!!

    When opening a Word document, (eg; extreme.doc) it returns Word open with a gray screen and no document contents. It shows as if it is a new document that has not been saved yet. Can someone tell me why?????

    I am sending emails using exchange server. I do not have external email account. this email that i sent was sent to all employees within the company. the email contained an attachment in Word 1378kb in size. I received replies saying that they could not open the attachment. Can someone help!!!
