hi guys, does anyone encountered this problem on analog trunks? got to play with descriptor thing but no luck! and also, co does not provide disconnect tone so you need to physically unplug the line from controller to have it release the joined trunks. cheers

thanks for the replies, i was able to fix the issue by deleting the partition of ssd harddrive from pc then put it back to 3300.

I have no prob with this issue since i already tested this feature on 5550. We have a client who caters several small offices and asssigned DID's respectively. All calls from these offices will fall on a single operator(5550) and present exact calling name id. Its only a matter of COS.

Class of Service "Calling Party Name Substitution" should be enable on receiving end.
