All of the sudden I'm having a problem with CCC Reporter on different clients. Clicking the selector button [>>] when trying to run a report doesn't do anything sometimes, or sometime returns an error 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object', and other times...
I don't know if this is the best way, but I used shortcodes. For example for long distance:
SC: xxxxxxxxxx
TelephoneNumber: 1N
LineGroup: 0
Feature: Dial
I created separate SCs based on some local dialing numbers.
SC: 555xxxxxxx
Telephone number: N
LineGroup: 0
Feature: Dial

Can you also use a wildcard for the Line Group ID field in the ICR? For example, I have two PRIs (local telco and long distance/toll free) and each one sends the same four digits to get to the same caller.
Thanks for the suggestions. I had restarted the Delta server previously and it still didn't work, but now it appears to be working.
