Nortel is asking for my site ID. I gave them the info from LD22, TID, but they say that not what they want. Any idea where I can find it?..Thanks..Chuck
I need to forward 7220 to 8980's mailbox after four rings. I know to change Hunt & FTR FDN to 8980 on 7220 & to delete the mailbox on 7220, but how can I get the caller into 8980's mailbox if no answer on 8980? (7220 is a 500 set).
Thanks....Chuck
Thanks all. I was finally to trace it by having the SWBD dump the call off to a number that I had a trace running. The RAC did match the Trunk Route.

So this has been going on all day...I tell her to transfer the call to my fax & put ENTC/LD80 on it. Sure enough...the calls stop! Go figure......Thanks!

The switchboard keeps receiving calls that show up as
4002-14-0 (Just a Beeping over & over). I want to think this is the in bound Trunk/Channel & digits dialed (???) but I'm guessing...
Is there a way I can x-ref this number back to a local loop
so I can at least try to find a way to trace this...
Meridain 81C. REL 23.
LD 22 shows TERQ N156. Is the N156 what you mean?
I kinda outa my leauge here....And I don't
know how to create the ACD either...
I don’t know how to create a phantom DN with DCFW,
but that sound like the best option, as I understand you
can cause problem tinkering with ACD’s. I know to add
FTR DCFW 4 7306 on the new phantom for 7307, but I don’t
know how to create the new phantom.

I have an unused DN (7307) that has been mis-published in
Qwest & AT&T directories for the college's Ticket Office. The Correct DN is 7306. How can I 'Send' all calls to 7306? Calls to 7307 must also go to 7306's mailbox if no one picks up after 4 rings.
Thanks.....Chuck
I need to create a Voice Menu Tree for an existing DN/TN (2616) set. They want to be able to dial into this, hear a voice say: Please press 1 for Tom, Press 2 for Dick, Press 3 for Harry...etc and have a revert DN set so when they dial they can get a person to talk to. I read a little on...
All,
Thanks for all the advice. I ended up outing the TN & then
putting it back in. (I emailed one guy & after two days he finally realized that you have to take the phone off-hook when you press #1) Glad to know I could have just moved it
over & back now. I don't have DISA and also don't...
