I inherited this system, i am at the customer site now. The phone is M3902. i left a message in the mailbox the red light is lit, i go off hook and the message key does not work.
I have 2 MVP810 using a point to point T-1
Norstars are both using centrex lines and E&M cards.
Intercom calls across the T-1 are fine.
When an outside call gets transferred to the remote site the volume is ok but the backround noise and static make it difficult to hear.
Does anyone out there...
I GUESS MY QUESTION IS IF I INSTALL AN ip OFFICE IN MASSACHUSETTS AND THEY HAVE AN NEC IN WASHINGTON IS THERE GOING TO BE ISSUES? VOICEMAIL WILL RESIDE AT EACH LOCATION.
Is the IP Office 500 compatible with NEC systems? I may quote an IP Office but their other office has an NEC Voip system.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
