My DB was created in Access 2007 but when I run it with Access 2010, it does not work properly and it's missing functions that are available if I run the DB in 2007. The stuff that does not work or show in 2010 use VBA.
yes I am the administrator and I did select to apply to all sub folders and objects. Under group or usernames I am listed as Administrator and full control but everything i try to open is access denied.

I got a new laptop after my previous one had the DC jack come detached from the motherboard and was costly t fix. Anyways I bought an enclosure to transfer the files on the hard drive from my broken laptop onto my new laptop. I can see al of the folders and the folder sizes are all viewable...

ok, i have a hard drive which i need data from. It all started when i took it out of its computer tower which was running windows xp on it. It worked fine. I connected it into a different computer and it did not respond at all. I put it back into its original system and now it didn't work...
ok i tried an application called cdroller. the disc is inserted but the program says its not inserted. now this is my problem too, its not even being read. why? i do not know its very wierd and i'd like to get to the bottom of it. i want to get the data off of it.
no my friend had no problems with the disc. yes i am still using the same computer it was burnt on but i have a different drive now, buit the one i did have which i used to burn the DVDR didn't read it either, it did the same thing. there are some scratches on the disc but that shouldn't affect...
ok i burnt a DVD with a bunch of mediao n it last spring. i gave it to a friend to copy to his harddrive. now my DVD drive will not read the disc and when i go into my computer the DVDdrive icon turns to C drive and it says nothing is on the disc. what is going on here?
