Greetings, I have an IP office 9.0 and I need the Soft Console Software. the system has the Receptionist License - but they had to reload the PC the Console Software was on. They cannot find the software to reinstall. does anyone have a copy or know where to get one thanks

Greetings, I have a customer that decided to upgrade Manager to 11.0. Now he cannot access his IPO rel 9.1- cant get past the login screen I was reading documentation and it says manager 11.0 does not support 9.1 or 10.0 Is that correct? or am I reading this wrong? thanks

Actually, all users are reporting all Voicemail messages have the wrong time stamp- fours hours ahead also strange

Thanks for your response If I used Voice Mail PRO- I assume I would have to purchase licenses for the different languages? Also, the different Music on Holds for each language, would those be loaded on Voicemail Pro or on the IPO?

Greeting all, Is there a way to setup an Auto-Arching or shared drive with Vocie mail Pro 9.0. I have a mailbox setup to record all calls, but it gets too large. Is there a way to archive to another server? Or, would it hurt anything to share the user folder to a larger drive? Thanks
