Some times when dial topic number locally you can hear the añnouncement very clear..and some times not. But when calling from outside always the announcement voice is very poor and bad quality.

2. Weeks ago ... more than 140 times
3. Check the Embbeded file Managemet...normal. memory size, check the ipo back cpu and as card light green ... normal, restart ipo .
Nothing the alarm still exists

I have completed Installation IPOCC 10.1 and Configure task flow, when dial the topic number internally I can hear the voice and there is no problems, when set the topic number in ICR and dial the customer number show that there is a voice quality issues on the voice ?
Any Idea Why ?
