    Amriddle, would it do any good for someone to look at the cfg file I saved out of the program? Also would it be odd for just the the 7/8 ports to be bad on the Combo card, and all the other ports be OK? That seems strange, although its possible it happened.

    OK...looking in the software Manager...the only thing I can see that might be "off" is the number of lines selected says "2", but the default value is "5". Would that cause any issues?

    TouchTone....I plugged both the Polycom and another analog phone directly into my analog EXTENSION PORT 7 and 8 (per holdmusics24 request to call it) and I am now getting an odd high pitched tone. No dial tone, but its an off tone. Cannot dial out, etc. I'm guessing there must be something...

    mforrence..yes, the Polycom says it is analog compatible.

    Joe...yes I have lines 1/2 connected into ports 9/10...lights are green, everything is functioning correctly. I am not getting dial tone from Polycom when plugged into ports 7 or 8.

    Can you do an offline config in Standard mode and upload it to the Basic version? I see where there are lots more parameters to play with in the Standard mode. Thanks!

    Well, I guess I'm dumb. When I hit Contacts>All...Door01, and all unused extensions are still listed. Ext19 thru Ext52 The other thing I can't figure out on these 9508 phones is when someone is on Line 1 in the other office, the display in the other offices only show a "telephone" symbol.

    Yeah I thought ticking the EX boxes in Manager might do the trick, but it didn't. I also don't know how to "delete" the extra extensions.
