    Table 1 is auto attendant. Take the the target line that is programed for 7399 and program it to be answered by the AA in table 1. Enter in the line number(taget line)and set it for the amount of rings you need.

    Norstar MICS 5.0

    Have a Norstar MICS with 5.0 software. Customer has ordered caller I.D. on a couple lines. The caller id cards are installed in the trunk module and not the KSU. The caller id is not working. My question is do the caller id cards need to be in the ksu to funtion properly??

    DN has been changed. Tested and changed back. When the ringing occurs there is no indicator lit to signify wether it is internal or external call.

    Upgrading MICS from 6.0 to 7.1

    I am upgrading a Mics from 6.0 to 7.1. I have the upgrade kit which consists of two upgrade cards. One is labeled USA MICS XC 7.1 upgrade tool. The other is labeled (v.2507) XC upgrade tool. The confusion is which card is used and when. The instructions that came with the upgrade is very confusing.
