Password on i2002

Have a customer with an i2002 phone. The display is looking for a password. Is there a default pswd. I can use? I have tried numerous number combinations and it says "searching for server"and then returns to password. Any suggestions?

It's in the BCM programming, it's controllable.

The global settings in the BCM for pswd reg is left unchecked. This is an individual setting per phone. I had 4 phones come back from a customer being used on remote sites. Three of these phones came up in the normal fashion. The fourth came up with the word password showing in the display. It does indicate how many characters are needed in the pswd. Any suggestions??

The default registration password is 2264

If its not broke tweak it..
