BCM50 Voicemail DID

I have just installed a system where the VM DN is a DID - no auto attendant so if they want to acess VM from outside the office they should be able to dial the DID direct but it is not working. I am just getting a RNA. I must be missing something in the programming but not sure what. How do I get the DID (7399)to be answered by table 1?

Make sure Prime Set for the Target Line is the Vmail DN. In the Call Pilot, make sure AA is answering that Target Line on 0 rings.

Table 1 is auto attendant. Take the the target line that is programed for 7399 and program it to be answered by the AA in table 1. Enter in the line number(taget line)and set it for the amount of rings you need.

cannot make a line A & R on voicemail, just assign a target line (with DID digits) to be ans by AA on 0...it works. b
