    Hi, we just changed the outbound dialing prefix from 9 to 8. However, the incoming external call is still displaying 9+10 digital phone number. Where do I change that? Thank you in advanced for answers.

    We are using IP Office 500 V2 with Avaya Voicemail Pro. Our internal extension starts with 2xxx. I have 2??? goes to "Transfer by Ext 2XXX". If someone dials any invalid extension, the call ended immediately. We need to have the AA indicate that it is an invalid extension and pleas try again...
