We are using IP Office 500 V2 with Avaya Voicemail Pro. Our internal extension starts with 2xxx. I have 2??? goes to "Transfer by Ext 2XXX". If someone dials any invalid extension, the call ended immediately. We need to have the AA indicate that it is an invalid extension and pleas try again...

Hi, we have a user accidentally dial 911 when the person trying to make a long distance call. (9 to call external line and 1 for long distance, accidentally dial extra 1). Is there a way to add 9 prefix before the 911 call? So it will be 9,911 for the emergency call.

Hi, the IP Office phone system requires dial 9 before the phone number. How do I set it up so the users don't need (or auto adding 9) to dial 9 if users are making the phone calls from the call log.
