I did notice that the LED labeled A for the TLAN was on steady where as the one on the old card is blinking.

This is a second MC32S card that I am adding. The original card is F000 all the time. The Signaling Server as been in service for about 5 years or more. Therefore the IP address on the Sig Server is not in conflict. I am leaning to the port on the switch not being set up correctly.

Looking for some help. I have a VGMC card that keeps toggling back and forth from F000 to M000. As anyone experenced this and are the able to help me resolve this. Not sure is this maybe a network issue or not. Thanks

New info. I have found that it is only the digital sets having issues. analog lines are fine.

Does anyone know if it is possible to to Play an announcement from the CallPilot of a PA system? A customer wants to, In the case of an emergency be able to play a pre-recorded message over the PA system from the CallPilot. They said that they were able to do this on their old Octel system.

Thanks Reusser The MGC firmwire is up to date. Also to my last comment about the audit conducted, the testing did not mention anything about the PRIs having any issues, therefore I beleive that it worked before.

I know we did some audit testing before this system went in to production back in december 2008. I don't remember us having these issues back then. I will go back and check the results.
