We are looking to play local artists on our music on hold and did not want the same artist played first all the time. This would be within CUCM for 7945/65 phones and also our CCX scripts.

I am finding on some analog trunk ports that I an getting 1.4 to 1.6 volts DC without the PSTN connected. Is this normal or has anyone else seen this.

Have an issue that we cannot pickup any ringing lines till the first ringing line is answered. So if two or three calls are ringing in we have to answer them in the order they come verses picking the line we want. We have a couple of must answer lines that we want to pick up first.

These are only used with headsets no handsets, these are 911 answer positions. The other two sets on the system work fine. Will look at the headset amp tonight as it does phone and radio .

I am having an issue with not hearing the clicking tone when the keypad is pressed. When my customer dials out sometimes you do not hear the click or tone associated with pressing a digit on the keypad. The call does go out so it is generating the DTMF tones on the trunk, but the user is not...
I have a customer that uses "9" verses assigning lines to the sets. How do I get caller ID to work on those sets. They have CI cards installed.

I have monitored the ports and have not seen heavy traffic on them, rarely more that 3 in sure at a time. The customer says that had it happen at 7:30 in the morning so I was thinking it maybe a flaky port but I not seen a port on a NAM go bad.

I have a customer that gets vmail busy messages even when we know there are ports available. I monitored the ports and all looks well, no ports in trouble.
Any ideas why this is happening ??

When I monitor activity on the the voicemail ports I have 2 ports that have an A beside them which I believe means channel available-not installed.
How easy is it to turn up these "A" channels to use them.
