User Access Control for CCM Server Logins

If I understand you correctly, you can go to users, access rights, functional groups on the call manager admin page to determine what they can and can't do.

    HP Server Solutions

I am not sure how many people know about this, so I thought I would put it out there for everyone who might be purchasing or upgrading their equipment. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6790/ps5748/ps378/product_solution_overview09186a0080107d79.html

    MOH Volume is too loud

Can anyone tell me how I would adjust the moh volume on call manager 4.2.3? I thought there was a decible level that I could change but I don't remember where this parameter is located. Thanks in advance!
