I am trying to connect to the device information of a phone by typing http:<ip address> or by clicking on the ip address of the phone within call manager. Some of the phones I am unable to connect to. However, the phones that I can't connect to appear to be at the same location. What would cause this?

See on Phone configuration page (Device -> Phone)

Scroll down, to see a setting called Web Access, whether this is YES or NO.

Thanks for the reply N1T15H. Yes, that is enabled. Any other thoughts?

What exactly you getting when you pointing your browser ? Can have a screenshot ?

To get the exact result, just make a search for device by its MAC address:
Device -> Phone.
Search by phone MAC. Then go to the Phone Config Page.

Then on the page, you will see the IP address, as a clickable link. Click on it.

I finally figured it out. My security group was blocking it on the internal firewall. Thanks for the suggestions N1T15H!
