I do have the time out option set for 3 seconds, but when 4 is pressed it goes immediately to the hunt group no waiting for more dtmf.

Using VMPro menu single digit 4 to transfers to a hunt group and i also have option 4??? to transfer to $KEY for extension. I know that Avaya does not support this but it should work. Does anyone have this working on there system?

Thaks for all of your help, Here's the fix, I had to build a second dummy ext that is forwarded to the first hunt group, if nobody answers there it forwards to the second hunt group, that hunt group only has one member, extension 300,which is forwarded offsite. That is the only way I could get...

I agree, it is going back to the hunt group Forward 911,but i don't know where it is getting that it is not in the short code for ext 300
