P10 headset connector doesn't work on M2250
Try flipping the connector over. If the M2250 console goes automatically in Night mode, you have it upside-down.- Andac77

Option 11 2nd cabinet clicking issues
I have had this happen as well. In my experience it was fiber related. Either the fiber cable, the fiber receiver card, or fiber daughterboard. Start with the fiber cable first. I would have the others on hand just in case. Good luck!- Andac77
