hey guys, i can get the call listen feature to "monitor" calls if i tell the user he can monitor that group. is there a way i can monitor ANY phone without having to set up monitor groups? could i just simply set a button as ADVANCED-> CALL-> CALL LISTEN and then leave the action data blank...
