thank you janaya for the reply, about the UPS i have changed the UPS and did the digital clock test so it is not a power issue for sure!! the daughter board was damaged after this frequent restart and i installed a new one. this is the capture before the daughter board is dead Meridian Small...

there is a back up UPS. i dont think it is a power issue
