Lost Recordings on IP Office after Upgrade 2

We recently upgrade from v11.04 to 11.1 then to a new server with V12 . All our recordings were held on the addidtion hard drive, which was moved to the new server. We can no longer see the old recording pre 11.1 upgrade. All the data and recordings are there, but we are unable to read it from media manager. Has anyone used any other tools to read the data or come across a similar situation.

Make sure you have the path set right in Media Manager settings. That said, it could be totally different with rocky linux. We just have zero info. Don't use 12 SE right now. Seriously. 12 licenses work on 11 and 11.1. There are multiple issues with 12 raised with avaya and since like 4 people work there now it will be awhile before they get fixed.

Seconded!!
We recently had to upgrade a client to R12 due to Avaya not providing support for R11.1 due to the "2 major releases" clause. Pity there's no clause about "2 major releases that aren't bug-riddled piles of excrement"...
Currently, we're having to manually copy the call recordings from VMPro over to Chronicall, as SFTP crashes VMPro after about 10 mins.
Took us about a week of mucking around with Avaya support to get failover working between the Primary & Secondary IPO SE's. Bloody horrible experience, and exactly why we didn't want to upgrade.
