I have recently installed a Partner ACS along with a Comdial Debut Voicemail System. Everything is working fine with the exception of the transfering of calls off premise. Can anyone tell me how to get this function to work please.
There are 2 ways to do this: go to the Call Transfer Information screen. EXTERNAL
Sequence to initiate transfer !,#3,,
Sequence to complete transfer !,#3,,
Sequence to transfer 3 way call !,#3,,
OR
EXTERNAL
Sequence to initiate transfer !,9,
Sequence to complete transfer !,3,
Sequence to transfer 3 way call !,3,
MAKE SURE THAT YOU ENABLE ANY EXTERNAL CALL FWD, TRANSFER OFF PREMISE OR CONFERENCE CALLING THAT YOUR PHONE SYSTEM HAS.

I do not know what version I have. I am most sure it is not 6. How do I check this. I have everything working except getting the voicemail to answer internal extension to extension calls.
For some reason the tech password and admin password have been changed and I am now locked out of my Debut. How can I break into this or default the entire system if I have to. Please advise
