I have a non-profit client (habitat for humanity) that needs to change two small items.

One - A call to the main number rings at all phones. Can that be easily changed to ring just at the admin station through a programming mode on the admin phone? (through the hold # 0 * mode??)

Two - they added two more co lines for a total of 8. Can I reprogram the line buttons on the phones to show the two new lines? Since the Card had 8 CO lines setup on it, is there anything else that needs to change on the system side to see the two new lines properly?

One last question, How much roughly is the SAT Program with the interface card mentioned in this forum? What is the RJ45 jack on the main board for, I thought that was for a console connection??

RJ 45? Do you have an Elite or a Level II. The level II has a MIF-F (s)(L)(A)(U)or(C) card that has an RJ-45. If you can tell me which you have I can tell you the cost of the SAT. have you ever programed this thing before. If you have not I can send you the pages out of the program manuel for what you want to do. If you have programed on this before I will just explain it to you. Let me know.

The manual would be the best bet but we will try this frst.
Ringing enter program mode from x-100 or x-101,
feature,hold,#,0,*
Hit line key 4,
Display says 01/01 = Ring Assign Day Mode(or close, thats what it means)
NIght ring will have display at 01/02
first set of numbers relate to port number ex: 01=x-100,02=x-101,etc.
each line key represents CO Line
Line key green= immediate ring on that CO line for that port
Line key red= delayed ring on that CO line for that port
Line key off= no ring on that CO line for that port
Transfer to write data
use conf key to advance through ports

Lines-
Enter program mode
hit line key 3
conf key advance to new lines 07 and 08 I imagine
transfer key until you come to trunk group assign
put new lines in trunk group 01
trf to write
now they are in the "Dial 9" group
Hope this helps.
