IP Phone 1608-I (Repair of File System - Wait a few Minutes)

Hi Guys, i Got this problem last night.

After an Upgrade from 7.0 to 10.1 some IP Phones 1608-I stop to working with this message.

After some hours this message persist. There's a way to restore this phone? Any method i would like to test.

If I remember correctly the phones need to be upgrade in two steps.

Hi,

I understand, but i have 50 phones same sequencial then after the upgrade i got only 4 with this error

.

So i dont have any option to recovery??

There is a problem writing the firmware to the flash memory in the phone.

You will need to create an IPOSS ticket.
Alternatively, use a TFTP server to transfer the required files for the phone to the handset.
You'll need the firmware wile an a .boot file.
