OK first off I'm going to admit this is a ridiculous question as I really don't believe such a thing exists but in the off chance it does I need to ask.

My customer got a 6,000.00 dollar bill and wanted me to see why. After going threw sys status I saw there where 2 calls going on for 58 days and I disconnected them. These were not hacked calls but calls that started from a conference room that dialed back in to a conference bridge. The customer wants me to create a "Auto Hang-UP" feature of some kind, they also got upset with me when I told them this system nor any system does this. SO Here I am trying to find out. Any help is always much appreciated.

Yes it can. Add t(x) where x is the number of minutes to the shortcode routing the outgoing call. Look it up in the Manager help

Cheers. That'll be $6000 consultants fee please.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Indeed, the IP Office is one of the few systems that can do this, so you could say he got lucky :)

We still use ISDN dial up for some customers and we set our dial up shortcode to auto hangup after 2 hours. This was implemented a few years ago because I was constantly dialling in towards the end of the day and not disconnecting until I came back in the next morning :)

I do the same Pepp, but after 30 mins, obviously we are far more efficient workers than you guys :)

We also have set the dialup modems for a maximum call time of 30 minutes.
And for the occasional situations we know we need more time we have a shortcode limited to 240 minutes connection time.
This feature was introduced in R1.4 on our request as a big customer asked for it and Avaya was in the stadium to be very cooperative at that time.

Pull up a Sandbag and Pass me a Lamp
Explanation:
Pull up a Sandbag and pass me a lamp is an old forces expression. The
sort of thing you would say to your pals, inviting them to grab a seat and
gather round when you're in the middle of nowhere with nowhere to go and
nothing to do.
Swinging the lamp means to tell a story and the lamp would be
metaphorically passed round as the stories were told.

Sorry for the late response but thanks guys for your help.

No problem as I shall just pass it along :)
