Has anyone replaced or know of anyplace that has been using zoom for Telecom calls, apparently they are a carrier and can port existing numbers. I am a traditional bx guy but the powers that be want to move to the cloud.

Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral launches at the end of this month.

I can tell you firsthand as a very big corporate Zoom customer... if you are looking for in depth feature set they may not be the most fully mature option yet. During this crisis time there were capacity issues throughout the globe on the voice access. My 2 cents.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak Avaya is offering free trials of Spaces. You might want to try it out. The Ring Central offer is a viable option.

Was the issue with just Zoom or are you saying all voice traffic was having issues?
