Zoom 56K USB Modem to RAS

Hi Team,
My company updated our PCs to Win8 laptops. I now have to use a Zoom USB modem but can't figure out what settings need changed to make it work when I RAS into one of my CMs. The baud rate, parity and flow control look right but I'm missing something. Any help would be appreciated I'm dead in the water right now. I called Zoom support and they were no help at all!
