Hi,

I have made a mistake by removing a card in our IPS 2000 system. The card was a PN-4COTB located in PIM 1 LT15.

He is what I did:

1-14>00124:D001-CCC
2-I've removed the card.

What I know so far is that 50V DC was coming from our Paging module(Model: NCI Technologies Zone 6) and was connected to this LEN.
I have put the card back and did the trunk again.
14>00124:NONE-D001

Unfortunatly it is not working anymore.
If I'm trying to access the paging module with *99, I see restrict on the LCD.

How do the PBX know that If a dial *99 it must access the D001 trunk route?
Here is what I see in the numbering plan:
200>A99:108-

I have no idea where to start to make it work again.
Any help would be very appreciated.
What command should I use? An example would be great.

Thanx

In 200 the 108 is saying to access trunk group 8, so first do :

3000 DE 001 DE 08 EXE

That should be all you have to do. There are a few other commands that make turn the route into a paging trunk, but these should not have defaulted by removing the trunk. If it still does not work post back.

Wow it fixed it. Thanx a lot. This is great.
Next time I'll be more careful when removing something.
I had no information about this LEN, that is why I deleted it. I wanted to get an extra slot because only one LEN is used by this card.
