cycle through attached files and create a zip file for each (or one zipfile containing all files) what would be useful is a bit of javascript/c code that does the zipping bit (i have heard there is a javascript applet (opensource) but cannot locate it any help would be appreciated
thanks

Hi,

I would just like to point out that there is an application called "ZipMail" for Domino that will zip any attachment that is sent by e-mail. The website is: Not really a direct answer to your question, but maybe helpfull also.

Also: do not expect to much from zipping attachments in e-mails. Notes already compresses attachments and on top of this today many attachments are already optimized (JPG) or can not be compressed a lot (exe).

The free code you mentioned is maybe located in the IBM Sandbox. Have a look over there.

Kind regards,
