ZIP tone volume

Anybody know where (if possible) you can increase the volume of the zip tone?

you can config the tones on each terminal in the "change terminal-parameters" screen, but you must have the permission to change it. With best regards

Apparently I don't have those permissions. Does anybody know if they will cost me $ or is it a simple request that Denver can activate for free? I tried calling them today but they are on skeleton crew due to the weather.
