Zip a file from VBA

Hi

Is it possible to zip an excel file straight from VBA? I want my application to zip up a file and e-mail it out automatically. Managed to sort the e-mail part but so far am stuck on the zipping!!

Any help would be much appreciated

if you are using winzip it shouldnt be to hard, as they have documented data on there website, any other programs and it gets a little complicated.

also use the Search in this forum and type in winzip and some useful links will appear
