Hello

I'm a complete noob to the MD110 so please excuse my ignorance.

On our MD110 it showing as no digital extensions available.
SYEVP:TYPE=KL1;

but I know that lots of extensions are patched in the panel but have zero usage. Is there a way of generating a report/list so that I know which extensions I can re-use?

THAT DID THE JOB. THANKS.

I'M NOW LOOKING TO REMOVE A CURRENT DIGITAL EXTENSION (AND CHANGE THIS TO A GROUP NUMBER SO I CAN SETUP A HUNT AND PICK UP GROUP).

WHAT ARE THE COMMANDS I NEED TO INPUT?

GPGMI:GRP=X,DIR=XXXX; FOR CALL PICK UP
GHGRI:GRP=XXXX,LIM=X,SERV=XXXXX,TRAF=XX,QUE=XX,SEL=XXXXX;
GHGMI:GRP=XXXX,DIR=YYYY;

PARAMETERS FOR THE HUNTING GROUP DEPEND ON WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. AND THE LENGTH OF THE PARAMETERS DEPEND OF THE YOUR RELEASE OF PABX.

Hi

KSEXE:DIR=XXXX;
GHGRI:GRP=XXX,LIM=XX,TRAF=15,SERV=10000,SEL=110000,QUE=10; (to initiate hunt group; parameters changes according to ur config)
GPGRI:GRP=XXX; (to initiate call pick up group)

OK Thank You all for you help. I managed to get this working.

The user is now asking if it is possible to have all the phones in the pick/hunt group ring all at the same time?

You can configure a ADN on a extension, then configure all the others a MDN.
In the group hunting enter the number Adn.

KSANI:DIR=XXXX,ADN=YYYY,KEY=X,CAT=X,CALALT=1;
KSMDI:DIR=XXXX&&XXXX,MDN=YYYY,CALALT=1,KEY=X;
GHGMI:GRP=XXXX,DIR=YYYY;

Sorry for being noob but I'm a little confused.

so far eg

I have setup a group number say 5357 (which has 5164,5165,5166 in the hunt group).

what values do i input where?

KSANI:DIR=XXXX,ADN=YYYY,KEY=X,CAT=X,CALALT=1;
KSMDI:DIR=XXXX&&XXXX,MDN=YYYY,CALALT=1,KEY=X;

the number 5164,5165 and 5166 are ODN?
In the group hunting the extension not ringing at same time.
you must remove the extension in the group and insert only the ADN that you will config on the ODN.
bye

Probably because parallel ring only works for two numbers.

OK I've removed the extensions from the hunting group.

KSANI:DIR=5164,ADN=YYYY,KEY=X,CAT=X,CALALT=1;
KSMDI:DIR=5165&&5166,MDN=YYYY,CALALT=1,KEY=X;

ADN=????
MDN=????

Unsure of the above values?

SUVIP:NUMTYP=EX;
choose the number, for example 5999
KSANI:DIR=5164,ADN=5999,key=free key of 5164,CAT=X,CALALT=1;
KSMDI:DIR=5165&5166,MDN=5999,CALALT=1,KEY=free key of all two extension;
GHGMI:GRP=5357,DIR=5999;
