I'm using embedded voicemail and I would like to zero out of everyones voicemail and have it go back to the attd to select another option.
This is how I have it setup now. When I zero out i get a fast busy.

Code *207
Feature Dial
Code "AA:"N".1

I'm still not able to get *0 to go to the attD. I can get it to go to the vmail for the attd but not the menu.

Make the shortcode first and ensure the shortcode goes to the Menu. (It should be *xx / AutoAttendant / AA:Menu as amriddle said.)

Once your shortcode works, then try to do the DTMF breakout to the shortcode.

If that doesn't work, make a phantom user that is forward unconditional to the shortcode. Call the user and make sure it forwards to the menu. Then you can DTMF breakout to the user instead.

if the shortcode works im suspecting the * is the cause. seen it a million times, and still not learned my lesson with VM pro. try a shortcode with no * just 207 or something that wont comflict with extns.

Yeah, that's an annoyance, it used to be fine but they broke it back at 4. something and never bothered to fix it, just like user shortcodes is still busted :)
