Hello All, I just found this forum and have gotten some good info, thanks to all who contribute. My issue is this, when someone calls and gets voice mail, they can zero out to an operator. Some folks here (users) have a personal operator (I believe thats the term), anyone else gets their call routed to the switchboard operator (default?). But when no ones at the front, the phone rings forever. We have night service on and some of the girls can pickup this main line at their extensions, but it won't ring them if the call came from voice mail. I'm sure there's a simple way of setting this up, but I can't figure it out. All ideas are appreciated, Thanks.

I should have added this is a Merlin Legend phone system and were using Merlin Mail, release 3 I believe.
Thanks.

You can assign a "primary call coverage" button (for the operator's actual extension number) to the phones that need to answer the operator's calls.

Thanks, that some how didn't work, but I found a workaround nonetheless.
