Zero out during call queuing 1

I am working with an IP Office 500v2 8.1 (67) setting up queuing. I have most of it setup, but I can't figure out if i can allow a prompt for the user to transfer out of the queue to voicemail. Is that something that I have to use Voicemail Pro for?
 
Correct, you need voicemail pro and the queued and still queued call flows to have any kind of breakout. On embedded voicemail you have to be answered, hang up, or wait for the VM timer to run out.

AND, you need to have "Synchronize Calls" UNCHECKED in Groups/Annoucnements, or DTMF entered as part of queued/still queued VM pro modules will not work.
