ZENWorks licensing

How can I tell if ZENWORKs 2.0 for Desktops is properly licensed on our server? The product was installed by someone who has since left the company. We are having some minor problems implementing it and I want to be sure the problems are not license related. Thanks.

Zenworks 2 was a great product, but also got caught in the middle of Novell's licensing changeover troubles. Zenworks 2.x will not give you any Licensing Object in NDS, nor does it (to my knowledge) install any license files on the host server. It WILL, however, allow you to re-install to your heart's content. A word of caution, however, is that you should only put the database for hw/sw on only ONE server, as this does make modifications in NDS. Also be sure to apply the service pack for Zen 2 if running mixed W98/WNT environments.
