Zenworks 4 sp3 imaging Problems

we are using zenworks 4 sp3 for our imaging. lately we haved faced a new problem. whenever we try to upload and image that is around 10-12G or larger we have a a problem of the image not uploading all the way. it my get to 75% but then it fails. is there anything we can do to correct this.? has anyone faced this before.? please help. is it an issued that you cannot go over a certain amount of space on you master image. i would greatly appreciate any suggestions

what is the error you get?

How is the OS installed to start with? Did you install it, or are you using an OEM installed OS?
