If you set an LDAP user source, and have any user names of less than 6 characters, those users will be unable to login as administrators due to a Hard Coded length requirement.
The workaround is to use the "name@domain" convention. That is fine, if you remember that the Domain is either your AD domain or your eDirectory Tree Name.
