Zen 3.2 Imaging IBM GL 300 with Intel Cards

We use ghost at present but are trying to move to Zen Imaging but we are having issues...The pcs are ibm 300 GL'd mainly withe the same card a Intel 100 S (721383-008) what I am finding is that on one machine it works supper using the Floppy Boot disk but on another machine takes days to take an image up...Have moved hard drives over and it appears to be Harddrive related? Has anyone else seen this issue or can they give me a hint what is wrong?

This was sorted in the following manner;

We built a NEW server and called it a new tree name and installed Zen4.01 sp1.. All items worked straight from "box".

OImnly reason it was done like this is we wanted this item urgently and the rollout to Zen 4.01 will not happen until another few months..
