Your availabilty time range is invalid

From the Actions drop-down menu, select Tools, then Preferences. The Preferences dialog box appears.
At the top, select the Calendar tab, then select the Free Time tab.
Ensure the Only the following users can read my Freetime Schedule field is blank.
Under My normal office hours are:, ensure the days you work are selected with an x. Beside each day, where the time is indicated, type your working hours.
Note: The time that is indicated in your Free time Options indicates your Free time. If someone tries to do a Free time search to plan a meeting, they would not book you outside of your working hours.
