Hi, I have a strange situation running the latest release of Your assistant.

When I make a call either internal or external from a softphone, the call that I just made comes back to me as an incoming call.

If it's an internal call, it looks like the person I am trying to dial is actually trying to dial me. In short I dial ext 4444 from my softphone. It rings, but not at ext 4444 but on my own ext and it shows the call as coming from 4444. Weird but this is what I am seeing.

That's strange..... You're sure that this phone hasn't got a some kind of forwarding to your number?

Some basic knowledge of Siemens Hicom, Avaya Definity and Mitel 3300 ICP.....

No forwarding whatsoever...

So all calls you're making from this softphone keep coming back? Maybe something in the ARS-tables?

Sometimes it's just quicker to delete the softphone (in YA-server and on the controller) and to build a complete new config for this user. Use a default "New user" template that has proven to be working correctly.

What are you software releases of the YA Client, YA Server, and 3300 or SX-200 ICP?

Hi,

The YA software release is the latest. 3.1.2.14 for both the server and the clients. The 3300 ICP release is 6.1.5.4
