I am guessing if anyone had this problem before.

When trying to open a Read-Only MDB file, Win200Pro just reboot without getting any error, any suggestions? Best Regards

I can't tell you why your system doesn't like this particular MDB file however I can tell you why your system is spontaniously rebooting. (hopefully))

There is a setting in the advanced properties of "My Computer" that is set to "Automatically Reboot" on errors.

To "uncheck" this: right click on "My Computer"

click on "Properties"

click on "Advanced"

click on "Startup and Recovery"

uncheck "Automatically Reboot"

Hope this helps!
