Hi All,
I have a puzzling problem. We are getting an error message ("You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.")when trying to send email to one particular domain.

All other inbound/outbound mail is easily received but when we try to send to this one particular domain we get this bounced message. Has anyone seen this? Or know how to rectify this problem?

Is there more to the error message? There should be some kind of error #, like 550 or 551.

What domain are you attempting to send to?

Without this information, my first thought would be that you may not have a RDNS record entry for your domain. You need to contact your ISP to verify this.

Hope This Helps,

Good Luck!

You may have been blacklisted, I would contact the recipient.
