You do not have access to this printer

I have clients printers auto creating no problem, but when I go to the printers control panel of the citrix server I get a message saying that I do not have access to this printer. I'm running server 2003 R2. I found a knowledge article that said to apply a hot fix, but first apply the rollup. I don't think the rollup is taking because when I try to apply the hotfox 3074 it said that I could not apply this hot fix because the application is missing or not installed.
 
Sorry, I ment to mention that the error is when I right click on the printer and click on properties.

What version of Citrix are you running?
Citrix MPS 4.0 will NOT let you look at any of the client printer properties unless you take ownership of it.
This is due to the new Print Subsystem in MPS 4.0.

In order to view that property you have to take ownership of it. Right-click on the printer and go to security and go to the advanced.
Click on the "owner" tab and add yourself to it.

That should do it.

Presentation Server 4.0. I found CTX108004 which required a registry addition of
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Print
Value:DefaultPrnFlags
Data type: REG_DWORD
Data Value: 0x4000

I added this and I can now get into the properties, but even after changing the label size on the label printer when I got to print through my application it still does not retain the correct label size
