Hi,

I have a 2 LIM system BC11.

I had both my HDU's go bad and my dumps started failing. I have replaced the HDU's and rebuilt the filesystem but I am still getting a buffer error. Here are the results.

Do I have a problem with my NIU?
I have done a PCREGEN but if my power dies my system will be toast.
Please let me know if I need to provide any additional info!

Thanks!

I am able to get a successful dump!
I am not sure what combination of commands did the trick.

What I did do was FTP in to look for the LIC file in LIDFP:pATH=/SYSN/USR1/SES/LI/
I did not see it so I put a copy in there. The first time I tried to look for it it failed.

<LIDFP:pATH=/SYSN/USR1/SES/LI/30-1126-23.LIC;
NOT EXECUTED
READ ERROR

When I reconnected to the system I was able to read it.

<LIDFP:pATH=/SYSN/USR1/SES/LI/30-1126-23.LIC;

I did reboot the DNA server just before I started playing around with the LIC file.

I am sure it was the combination of restarting the Program Units that did the trick. I just didn't wait long enough for it to take effect.

Thanks to all!!

glad you sorted it out!

Cheers,
Daddy

I didn't do much sorting, just followed good advice. First time in a long time that I get an empty ALLOP. Gotta love that!
